A car was seized, stolen goods recovered and three men arrested following link-up work between store staff, CCTV operators and Warrington Police earlier today.
The alleged offenders were arrested following a short foot chase through the town centre following another excellent link-up between ASDA staff, Warrington Town Centre CCTV and Warrington Response Officers.
The three males are starting their stay in custody following an alleged Attempted Theft from ASDA in the Town Centre.
After the short foot chase through the town, all of the males were detained, goods were recovered and the car they had travelled up the motorway to Warrington in was seized ‘Used in Crime’. It was not a good day for offenders travelling into Cheshire.
