TWO parish councils in Warrington have joined forces to buy a replacement van for their parish ranger.
Stockton Heath Parish Council heard the 2006 Vauxhall Combo van had been bought for £3,400 in conjunction with Appleton Parish Council.
Members heard the gearbox in the previous 2002 Ford Escort van was starting to fail.
