One casualty trapped following three-vehicle collision on M56

ONE casualty was medically trapped following a three-vehicle collision on the M56 near Daresbury yesterday, Friday.

Two of three lanes were closed as three fire crews from Lymm, Runcorn and Widnes attended at the scene shortly before 5 pm.

One casualty was medically trapped in a car following a road traffic collision involving three vehicles.

Firefighters administered first aid until the ambulance arrived and made the scene safe.
