Suspected drug dealer arrested after warrant executed at Padgate

A suspected drug dealer has been arrested after police successfully executed a drugs warrant at an address in Padgate, Warrington, earlier this week.

At around 2 pm on Thursday 9 November officers executed a drugs warrant at an address on Ruislip Court, Padgate.
Officers searched the address and recovered a quantity of what are believed to be illegal drugs.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at the address on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs (Cocaine and cannabis).
The man has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

The positive drugs warrant was served in the area of Sutton Trust by the North Beat team with the help of the West.

Locally police said: “We would like to take this opportunity to thank members of the public who came forward with information leading to this warrant.
“We will continue to pursue dealing in this area and will act positively on information given to us.
