LIGHTING equipment seized by police from a cannabis farm has found a new home at a local charity in Warrington.

Six LED lighting units seized by officers at a cannabis farm have now been delivered to the Walton Lea Partnership.

Instead of being used for illegal purposes, these lights can now be used by the charity in their greenhouses to grow their own legal homegrown produce.

Thanking their local PCSO Walton Lea Partnership said: “Thank you so very much for all your ongoing support and advice Matt, we appreciate it so very much. Looking forward to testing the lights out. A huge thank you!”
