Extensions refused

PLANS for a series of extensions at a house at Birchwood, Warrington have been rejected by an appeal inspector.
A neighbouring house would experience some loss of sunlight, there would be a loss of outlook from the living room and the proposals would harm the occupant’s living conditions.
The scheme involved a two storey side extension, a single storey rear extension, conversion of a garage to form a room and new parking space at the front of the house in Applecross Close, Birchwood.
