POLICE investigating alleged assaults at a shop in Warrington have charged a man following a CCTV appeal.
William Atherton, 29, of Haryngton Avenue, Warrington, has been charged with two counts of section 39 assault.
He has been bailed to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 11 October.
The charges relate to reports of assaults at a shop in Folley Lane, Warrington, on Monday 7 August and Sunday 20 August.
