POLICE are appealing for information relating to the whereabouts of Jack Giblin, who is wanted on recall to prison.
Giblin lives in Warrington and is believed to still be in the area but evading capture.
He is described as being around 5ft 7ins tall, of average build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
