CHESHIRE Grange Care Home in Lymm celebrated the residents’ artistic talent by holding an art exhibition for their Open Day.

Jo Eland, Activities Coordinator at Cheshire Grange said ‘We had amazed quite a collection of residents work over the year, and had the idea of showcasing it with our own exhibition’
There was a great variety of work on display, paintings inspired by Van Gough, Monet & Frida Kahlo, some creative pieces replicating the style of Rennie Mackintosh alongside some fun craft items including the Andy Warhol inspired piece titled ‘Roarsome’

Dawn Holsgrove-Smith, General Manager at Cheshire Grange said: “Art is very popular with everyone who lives at Cheshire Grange and creative activities are always a favourite. I myself was surprised at how many pieces there were ranging in styles, we really do have a talented group of ladies and gents, I hope this becomes a regular feature, residents and visitors to the home have really enjoyed admiring the work”
Cheshire Grange care home is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers, which is committed to delivering personalised care across its care homes and hospitals. Cheshire Grange provides residential care, nursing care and dementia care for 50 residents from respite care to long term stays.
