WARRINGTON Rylands are on double duty this weekend with two NPL Premier Division games scheduled for the Bank Holiday weekend.

First up they welcome Morpeth Town to Gorsey Lane on Saturday, kick off 3pm.
Having picked up seven points from their four games Warrington Rylands enter the game 7th in the table while Morpeth are in 11th with 5 points having won one, lost one nd drawn two of their games.

Last season two goals in an eight minute first half spell decided the first meeting of Warrington Rylands and Morpeth Town as the Blues won 2-0 at Gorsey Lane while the return fixture in the North East ended in dramatic fashion.
Establishing a three goal half time lead Rylands conceded mid way through the second what was thought to be only a consolation goal only for Morpeth to score again in stoppage time to set up a frantic finish which ended with Morpeth goalkeeper Dan Lowson scoring  in the 95th minute.
Rylands manager Michael Clegg whilst pleased with the “good win on Tuesday” knows it won’t be an easy task to chalk up consecutive wins saying “Morpeth Town will be difficult opponents as they always give us a tough game.”

The second part of the Bank Holiday weekend double header sees the Blues travelling to Macclesfield on Monday for a Cheshire derby, kick off 3pm.
Promoted as NPL West champions, Macclesfield made a good start to life in the Premier Division winning their first three games without conceding a goal, but suffered their first defeat on Tuesday losing 3-0 at Lancaster City leaving them 3rd in the table with nine points.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for the Macclesfield game from macclesfieldfc.ticketco.events
