THE school holidays are well underway and Bents Garden & Home has got the summer sorted with a range of ideas and events to keep the little ones entertained!
In addition to Bents’ Covered Beach and Outdoor Play Area, which are both free and open throughout the summer providing plenty of places to run, jump and generally have fun, Jurassic Cove Adventure Golf is also a must visit for all the family. The 18 hole golf course features pesky pirates and creatures of the deep as well as life sized, moving dinosaurs, all ready to challenge players young an old.
And there’s entertainment in abundance with a number of special friends visiting the Centre in the coming weeks for these free events….
- Tuesday 15th August is the day when seeing is believing and magician Stevie Mandeeny takes centre stage for an unforgettable journey into the realm of wonder and illusion. Showtimes will take place between 12.00 – 2.00pm.
- On Tuesday 22nd August, Bents will be joined by two of today’s most popular people, Barbie & Ken! The famous duo will be rollerskating around the store, posing for selfies and putting on 30 minute shows at 12pm, 1pm and 2pm
- On Friday 1st September, Bents summer finale of special guests concludes with a visit from four of our favourite princesses. Rapunzel, Belle, Aerial and Elsa are here for ultimate royal treat with 30-minute shows at 12pm, 1pm and 2pm. Be captivated by their grace, charm, and timeless tales, brought to life in front of your eyes.
As well as entertainment for the little ones, Bents also provides the perfect place for the grown-ups to relax and take time out with a choice of delicious dining destinations offering everything from freshly made coffee and home-made cake, to a summer salad with a glass of wine….the holidays are sorted for every member of the family.
