LYMM Rotary Club brightened the lives of residents of Cheshire Grange care home by delivering a car-full of summer bedding plants to the home in Booths Hill Road, Lymm.

The plants have added colour to the home’s Memory Lane balconies, their hanging baskets and the flower beds around the gardens.

Jo Eland, activities co-ordinator at Cheshire Grange said ‘When the Rotary Club asked us what they could do to help us with this year, I had no hesitation in asking for bedding plants. The colourful planters on our Memory Lane balconies bring so much joy to our residents living with dementia, giving them a chance to help plant and look after the flowers as well as enjoying the summery environment with families and friends.”
