Police hunt for missing woman

POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned about a medical secretary who has disappeared – but whose car was found at Lymm on Tuesday evening.
Ann Norah Finnan, aged 50, (pictured) is from West Derby Village, Liverpool and was reported missing on Tuesday.
The same night her car, a silver, X-reg Ford Focus, was found in the Old Smithy Lane area of Lymm.
Some of her personal belongings were found in the Sow Brook area of the village.
Police say her disappearance is completely out of character and is because of this that they, and members of her family, are concerned for her safety.
She was last seen by her husband as he left for work at about 8.30am on Monday.
Ann is about 5ft 6 inches tall, slim with black, shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a purple-coloured Berghaus jacket and was carrying a brown handbag.
Police are carrying out a search for her but if anyone has seen her, or believes they can help, they should call 0151 709 6010 (Merseyside Police) or 0845 458 0000 (Cheshire Police).
