MAINTENANCE and management of popular beauty spot Ackers Pit at Stockton Heath over the next five years has been agreed.
Parish councillors heard that a plan had been drawn up with assistance from Groundwork Merseyside.
Work in the first year will concentrate on maintenance and improving trees.
A grant of £3,000 for the work was approved by members.
