A burst water main was causing flooding and traffic delays on Chester Road during the rush hour traffic this morning (Wednesday).
Slow moving traffic was causing delays to local bus services while traffic congestion was being reported in the area on the Daresbury Expressway.
The burst water main is near the Dental Academy at Daresbury Lodge, Chester Rd, Warrington.
Motorists are advised to allow extra journey time or alternate routes.
