Murder suspect remanded in custody

A 40-year-old Warrington man charged with murder has been remanded in custody until Wednesday.
Anthony Ogburne, whose address was given as Winmarleigh Street, Warrington, appeared today at the town’s magistrates’ court.
He was charged with the murder of angler Harry Morris, aged 57, of Widnes at Sankey Valley Park, Warrington on Saturday morning.
Ogburne will now appear at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday.
