Police praise residents after stolen bikes recovered

POLICE have praised residents after two stolen bikes were recovered in the Great Sankey area of Warrington.

Last week local officers received a report stating that two bikes had been stolen from an address in Great Sankey.

Police have now reported that both bikes have now been successfully returned to the owners.

Making the announcement on social media Great Sankey South Police said: “Fantastic work from the local residents who assisted us with getting these bikes back to where they belong!”
