VANDALS are believed to have started a fire involving a number of wheelie bins at Fearnhead, Warrington, early today.
The blaze was in Aspinall Close and was dealt with a fire crew from Birchwood.
A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the flames which spread to a nearby fence
