New look for Lymm!

1

As part of Warrington Borough Council’s ‘Look of the Borough Programme’ there will be three council teams in Lymm for seven weeks from June 27.
The teams will do gulley cleaning, pot hole repairs and environmental maintenance work.
Residents who would like to suggest work the teams can undertake can visit their stand at the Lymm May Queen Field on June 11 during the May Queen Festival and
complete a questionnaire.
Warrington Borough Council will prioritise the areas of suggested work and undertake as much of it as possible during the seven week period.

Surprise! surprise! Isn’t it about time that this kind of work was undertaken by WBC in North Warrington. Requests for this type of work – which is all too obvious – seems to fall on deaf ears. Certainly there has been no fairer distribution of these resources since 5th May. All we get from WBC is much of the same. Do our newly elected Council not listen to the members of the public?
