Friends will trek the Inca Trail

TWO friends are to trek along the Inca Trail, in Peru, next April to raise money for the Breast Cancer Care charity.
Suzanne Rogers, 46, of Croft and Andrea Scott, 45, from Culcheth have organised a number of events throughout the year to raise money for the adventure.
These include a women’s health and well-being event at Birchwood Golf Club on June 23.
There will be a hotpot supper, mini-treatment and free goody bag for everyone who attends.
Tickets, at £12 each, can be purchased at Barclays Bank in Culcheth or by contacting Suzanne on 07917 445506.
Andrea, who runs a children’s day nursery, lists her hobbies as pilates and golf.
She decided to support Breast Cancer Care because she has had several friends who have suffered from the disease.
Suzanne is a pilates teacher who enjoys walking and reading and is planning to take up indoor climbing later this year.
She had an aunt who died of breast cancer when she was only 53 and also has a friend currently undergoing treatment.
Picture shows Suzanne and Andrea busy training in the gym.
