WARRINGTON Arts Council has proudly announced a new initiative aimed at supporting the next generation of Warrington based artists.

They are offering four £250 grants to promising students of the arts living in the Warrington postcode area. The grants will provide financial support to help the students progress in their chosen artistic field.
The grants are open to all students of the arts, including musicians and visual artists, and are available to applicants from 16-19 years old.
Whether your style is classical or modern, all applicants will be considered. The grants can be used to purchase materials, equipment, or to pay for private lessons in your area of expertise.
To apply for a grant, simply email the Warrington Arts Council with a 200-word statement and two photos or sound files of your work. The council will review all submissions and select four deserving recipients.

This is a unique opportunity for Warrington-based artists to receive financial support and recognition for their work. Warrington Arts Council is dedicated to representing and promoting smaller arts groups, supporting the arts in the town and helping artists achieve their goals.
Chair of the Arts Council, Paul Taylor, added “The closing date is June the 30th so get your entries done by then! Hurry! Tick Tock!”
