TRAVELLERS have set up an unauthorised camp at the Padgate BT Telephone Exchange at Fearnhead, Warrington.
The encampment of six caravans arrived at the site on Station Road North, on Sunday.
Police were asked to carry out an initial assessment which has been done. An unauthorised encampment also used the site last August.
It is currently the only unautorised traveller encampment in the Warrington area after an encampment on Silver Lane, Risley, left at the weekend.
