FIRE engines from Warrington and Stockton Heath were called to a kitchen fire.
The blaze was at a house in Grange Avenue, Latchford.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tacked the blaze using a hosereel jet and crews also used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke.
