Two fire crews tackle outbuilding fire

TWO fire crews were called out last night to tackle an outbuilding fire at Burtonwood, Warrington.

At 20:44 firefighters from Penketh and Warrington attended at premises on Green Jones Brow to a fire in a disused outbuilding.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames and a thermal imaging camera to check for signs of hotspots.

Meanwhile, on Thursday night one crew from Warrington attended a wheelie bin fire on Lodge Lane, Warrington shortly before 11 pm and extinguished it with a hose reel.
