THREE fire crews were called out earlier today, Sunday, to an incident involving four garages well ablaze at Orford, Warrington.
Shortly after 10 am crews from Warrington, Penketh, and Birchwood were called to reports of a fire involving detached garages off Windermere Avenue, Orford.
On arrival, crews discovered four garages that were well alight. Two breathing apparatus and one hose reel were used to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters also exposed the roof voids of the structures to check for any spread of fire, monitoring the temperature with a thermal imaging camera.
