One casualty taken to hospital after three-vehicle collision on M56

ONE casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance following a three-vehicle collision on the M56 near Lymm this morning.

AT 06:57 three fire crews attended a road traffic collision involving two cars and a van at Junction 9 of the M56 at Bowden near Lymm.

One casualty was treated by firefighters until the ambulance arrived to transfer them to hospital.

There were two of three lanes closed. Normal traffic conditions are expected between 11:30 and 11:45 on 30 January 2023.
