Sewer repairs set to go ahead at Stockton Heath

SEWER repairs are set to start at Stockton Heath a week on Monday (Jan 30) which will result in the temporary closure of passageways at the rear of properties on Walton Road and Chapel Lane.

The sewer repairs being carried out by United Utilities have been scheduled to start on January 30 and last up to a week.

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (WALTON ROAD PASSAGEWAY REAR OF 46 TO 54 & CHAPEL LANE PASSAGEWAY REAR OF 4 TO 14) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Warrington Borough Council has made an order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving as follows: Walton Road passageway rear of 46 to 54 for its entire length; Chapel Lane passageway rear of 4 to 14 for its entire length.

The Order will be effective from 30th January 2023 for 1 week, as and when signed on site.
Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to carry out sewer repairs.
