A man has been arrested for breaching a non-molestation order and possessing drugs after police were involved in a chase with two suspicious males in the Fairfield & Howley area of Warrington.

The two men ran away and attempted to hide from officers, who later found one of them exiting an address in the Fairfield & Howley area yesterday.

After being searched, the first male was sent on his way. The second male attempted to hide in the address from officers but was found under a bed upstairs.

The male and his vehicle were searched and a quantity of Amphetamine and Cannabis was found in his possession. It was also discovered that he was subject to a non-molestation order with conditions to not attend the address or contact the occupant.
He was promptly arrested for breaching his non-molestation order and for being in possession of Class B drugs and has now been charged and remanded.

Warrington Police say they are intent on making Cheshire a hostile place for criminals. Violence against Women and girls is a force priority and this is an example of the work officers do to make Cheshire a safe place to live.
