Plans submitted for new Holly’s Farm Shop at Penketh

PLANS have been received for the demolition of the existing Holly’s Farm Shop at Penketh to be replaced with a new farm shop with associated storage area and car parking.

The shop on Tannery Lane, Penketh, has been re-planned to provide open storage plus a disabled toilet and a secure store.

As such it has been constructed with a concrete block dado, pvcu bifold doors and windows, vertical timber boarding together with a profiled metal sheet roof and roof lights supported by a steel portal frame.

Parking is provided in the form of 12 no spaces 3 no being for staff with 9 no for customers.

The application is pending consideration by Warrington Borough Council and will be made under delegated powers.
