PLANNING chiefs at Warrington have given the go-ahead for the conversion of a garage/storeroom into a two-bed dwelling at Croft.
The scheme is at Kenyon Farm, Heath Lane and will result in a small, family home with a parking space and an electric vehicle charging point.
Outwardly, there will be little change in the appearance of the building, although a chimney will be removed and two windows inserted in a side elevation where there are currently garage doors.
A back garden will be created using part of the residential curtilage of the existing farmhouse.
Warrington Borough Council planners said the development would not have any impact on the Green Belt.
