POLICE have issued a warning about rogue traders operating in the Grappenhall and Thelwall areas of Warrington.
Local officers have received reports from Barley Road, Thelwall about a male offering his services to clean gutters and fallen leaves.
They are warning people not to allow themselves or neighbours to become a victim.
