Murder hunt : man arrested again

DETECTIVES investigating the murder of Carl Chadwick at Warrington have arrested a 39-year-old local man for a second time.
The man was arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday, March 2 but released on bail after questions.
Carl Chadwick – known locally as “Dancing Carl” was found on dead at his flat on Grasmere Avenue, Orford on Saturday January 29. He had been stabbed and strangled.
The 39-year-old man was re-arrested early this morning. He is currently being questioned in police custody.
Detective Inspector Nigel Wenham, who is leading the investigation, said: “I want to thank the community of Orford for their help and support throughout the investigation so far, and I am still keen to speak to anyone who may have further information to share with my team.”
A 32-year-old man and 29-year-old woman who were arrested on January 29 in connection with the murder, but were later freed on bail, have now been released from bail and are no longer suspects.
