Man charged with voyeurism following incident at Golden Square

A 28-year-old man has been charged following an investigation into voyeurism sexual offences in the public toilets at Warrington’s Golden Square.

It follows officers from Warrington Beat Management Team investigating sexual offences in the town.

Dorniel Nica, 28, of Cherry Road, Chester, was arrested and subsequently charged with voyeurism and an attempt to observe a person doing a private act.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on 4 October where he was further remanded to appear at Crewe Magistrates’ Court on 10 October.

The charges relate to an incident on 2 October in the public toilets in Golden Square, Warrington.
