A MAN was arrested early today in connection with the murder of Carl Chadwick at Warrington.
Police say a 39-year-old man is now in police custody after being arrested early this morning on suspicion of murdering Carl at his home on Grasmere Avenue, Orford on January 29. He is being questioned by detectives.
Carl, aged 40, and known locally as “Dancing Carl” had been stabbed and strangled.
Last week, police offered a £30,000 reward for information leading to the arrested and conviction of the killer.
A 32 -year-old man and 29-year-old woman who were arrested shortly after Carl’s body was discovered remain on bail pending further inquiries.
