THE annual general meeting of Lymm May Queen Committee takes place on Tuesday, March 22 at Lymm Youth and Community Centre at 7.30pm.
All positions on the committee are subject to re-election annually although most of the present committee are willing to continue in their present roles.
In addition, there will be a need for volunteers before and during the May Queen festival and anyone interested in helping can attend the meeting or contact the committee by emailing [email protected]
Monies raised at last year’s festival has now been distributed to the following local charities: Lymm Clothing Charity, Lymm Youth Club, The United Reformed Church, Lymm HS gardening venture and St Mary’s Pre-school.
