CCTV image released after woman sexually assaulted on rail replacement bus – Warrington

OFFICERS investigating a serious sexual assault on a woman travelling on a rail replacement bus have issued an image of a man they would like to speak to.

Sometime between 11.30 pm on Monday, August 15 and 1.30 am on Tuesday, August 16, the victim was travelling on a rail replacement bus from Manchester Oxford Road station heading to Liverpool Lime Street station when she was sexually assaulted.

The man left the bus at Warrington West station.

Officers from British Transport Police believe the man in the image may have information that could help their investigation.
