THERE will be an overnight road closure on Cromwell Avenue next week, to allow the installation of a new telecom pole.
Warrington Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Cromwell Avenue from its junction with Cavendish Close to its junction with Twenty Acre Road.
The Order will be effective from 8pm on 1st August 2022 to 6am on 2nd August 2022, as and when signed on site.
Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Old Hall Road and vice versa. The closure is required to allow Vodafone to install a new telecom pole.
