Police probe car fire

POLICE at Warrington are investigating an incident in which a car was badly damaged by fire while parked on the driveway of a private house.
The blaze was at a house in London Road, Stockton Heath during the night and it was the second of its type at the address in recent times.
The BMW 5 Series car was seriously damaged and it is understood petrol inside the car was involved in the blaze.
Firefighters used a hosereel jet to extinguish the flames. No-one was hurt and there was no damage to the house.

  1. Petrol inside the car was involved ? Does that mean in the fuel tank, in a tub, or that it is was deliberately poured in by someone ? How awful especially as it has happened twice 🙁
