Police to investigate arson attacks on Brickfield Park

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle two arson attacks on a children’s playground at Brickfield Park, Orford Warrington, last night.

Two deliberate fires were started at the park off Grounds Street, shortly after 10.50 pm last night.

Firefighters used a hose reel jet to put out the fires and informed police due to the suspicion of arson.

Deliberate fires affect our ability to respond to serious incidents.
