A total of 165 knives and other weapons have been taken out of circulation in Warrington following a knife surrender week co-ordinated by local police.
Other weapons including knuckledusters and swords have also been handed in while officers have also been visiting local schools to talk about anti-social behavior and knife crime.
Police have thanked Sigma Waste for supporting a knife-free Warrington.
Officers have been out and about across Warrington with knife surrender bins, the final collection taking place outside the Co-op on Kingsway South at Latchford.
