Town's first snow of the winter!

WARRINGTON Wolves players enjoyed the first snow of the season when they visited the town’s latest Christmas attraction.
Players Jon Clarke and Ben Westwood and mascot Wolfie visited the giant Snow Globe, in Golden Square.
The rugby legends played in the eight feet high snow scene while crowds looked on. People are able to visit the globe and have their photo taken inside, guaranteeing everyone a “white Christmas.”
Ian Cox, Golden Square marketing manager, said: “As well as extended shopping hours, a grotto, a giant inflatable gingerbread man and a Christmas craft fair; we wanted to give shoppers even more.
“Snow globes are a staple Christmas must-have. What better way to enjoy the festive season than to be in your own life-size version? Even cheeky Wolfie made a guest appearance in the snow globe!”
