MEMBERS of the community are being invited to join the adult choir at St Mary’s Church, Lymm for special occasions – to form the St Mary’s Festival Choir.
The first opportunity will be to sing the Hallelujah Chorus for Easter Day, Sunday, April 17 at 10 am.
The popular children’s choir will also be joining in.
The Rector, the Rev Beverley Jameson said: “ You do not need to be able to read music. Sheet music and rehearsal CDs will be provided.
“Just contact our musical director, Susan Gadd, at email [email protected] or telephone 07398 399121 or just turn up to rehearsals at St. Mary’s Church on Saturday, April 2 at 10:30 am and Sunday, April 10at 4:30 pm.”
The next special service for St Mary’s Festival Choir will be the Queen’s Jubilee Choral Evensong 6.30 pm Sunday 5 June.
