POLICE have been investigating reports of suspicious activity near a Warrington primary school and concerns of aggressive dogs in a local park.

Police visited St Bridgets Primary School at Fearnhead earlier this week after reports of suspicious behaviour in the area.

Officers also patrolled Longbarn Park due to on-going concerns of aggressive dogs.

Special DNA kits have also been handed out after a recent burglary in the Longbarn area.

Local police are warning residents to be vigilant when it comes to protecting your property.

There has also been a visit to Cinnamon Brow Primary school, talking to the head and parents about parking issues and how they can work together moving forward.
