A NEW dining-out venue is to open in Warrington shortly – featuring the culinary expertise of the chefs of tomorrow.
The “restaurant” is at Lymm High School and the food will be served by B Tech National Diploma in Hospitality students in the Sixth Form.
A special opening night will be held on Thursday, November 18, when the students will lay on a lavish three-course meal for members of the PTA, who raised money to provide the restaurant.
Head of catering Linda McLeish said: “It is our way of saying thank you to the PTA.
“Later the restaurant is to open to the public one evening a week.”
