FIREFIGHTERS wearing breathing apparatus tackled a kitchen fire involving an oven at a property in Fearnhead, Warrington.
Shortly after 2 pm yesterday, Saturday, crews from Birchwood and Warrington were called to a property on Kinross Close, Cinnamon Brow.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire involving an oven.
They isolated the gas and electrics and cut away kitchen units to check the fire had not spread further and were at the scene for around 75 minutes.
