HIGH winds caused by Storm Eunice have brought down a large tree at Lymm, completely blocking the Bridgewater Canal.
The huge tree came crashing down following a big gust of wind, startling local dog walkers.
The tree fell from Ridgway Grundy Park.
There are no reports of any injuries – but the canal is likely to remain blocked for some time.
