THREE people have been charged with assaults on emergency workers and resisting arrest following a disturbance at the Stretton Fox pub on Saturday evening.
Police were called to the premises around 9.40pm on Saturday 11 December following reports of a disturbance at the public house on Spark Hall Close.
Officers attended the scene and two women and one man were arrested on suspicion of a number of offences.
The trio have since been charged with the following –
Rose Hepburn, aged 56 of Ivaegh Close, Runcorn, was charged with resisting arrest and assaulting an emergency services worker.
Robert Law, aged 34, of the Glen, Palacefields, Runcorn, was charged with resisting arrest and two counts of assaulting an emergency services worker.
Zoe Miller, aged 36, of Queens Park, Mold, was charged with resisting arrest, use of threatening/ abusive language and assaulting an emergency services worker.
All three have been released on unconditional bail and are set to appear at North Chester Magistrates’ on Tuesday 1 February 2022.
