Lymm care home Keate House shortlisted for two awards at UK Caring Awards 2021

LYMM-based care home Keate House has been shortlisted in the Caring UK Awards 2021, which recognise excellence and achievement within the care sector across the UK.

They are finalists in two categories – Regional Care Home of the Year – North and Excellence and Innovation in Dementia Care.

Care Home Manager Diane Clarkson said “We are very proud to be shortlisted for these categories as the awards are for the whole home, facilities and staff. We have a wonderful team at Keate House and it is great for this to be recognised.”

The winners will be revealed at a glittering awards ceremony at The Athena in Leicester on 2nd December when the industry will gather to salute all that is great about the caring sector and recognise the amazing contribution it makes particularly during the pandemic. An awards spokesperson said “Never has there been a more appropriate time to recognise the amazing and selfless contribution that our carers make and how they have given so much to protect and care for their residents in the face of unprecedented challenges”.
