Fire crews help rescue casualty after two-vehicle collision

FIRE crews helped rescue a casualty following a two-vehicle collision at Longford, Warrington, yesterday afternoon.

Firefighters from Warrington and Birchwood were called to a two-vehicle collision in Northway, Warrington, shortly after 2.30pm.
The crews released a casualty from one of the vehicles and assessed them before handing them over to paramedics.
They then made the vehicles safe.
