POLICE investigating reports of anti-social behaviour on farmland at Appleton, discovered a WW2 bunker.

Officers from Appleton Police while patrolling rural parts of Warrington that have been subject to anti social behaviour (ASB) found the former WW2 bunker.

They will continue to monitor the site and help to ensure the site remains safe from future ASB.
Meanwhile, colleagues at Lymm are carrying out more high visibility patrols at Booths Lane Farm, following ongoing signs of people attending the location with drink, drugs, signs of fires as well as other items.
